To facilitate optimum program performance of core business operation software and hardware in conjunction with Applications Manager (where applicable) and other IS staff. Administers and manages the Company’s information structure. To be responsible for maintaining and supporting a number of software systems and applications. These include, but may not be limited to, Oracle Enterprise One “JD Edwards OneWorld (JDE) ERP support”, Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems; Microsoft Office 2016; Microsoft Access 2016, VBA and other custom software and applications. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs to optimum efficiency and support of business and Company objectives.

Manages project with proven Project Management techniques.


  1. Supports, maintains and enhances current Oracle Enterprise One “JD Edwards (JDE) OneWorld ERP system” to reflect overall business strategies at all locations. Create, maintain and distribute business reports from E1 ERP system. This also involves the ability to develop applications in E1 for Releases XE through 9.2


  1. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems & user needs.


  1. Performs all IS (software) related functions. Includes but is not limited to software specifications, hardware compatibility, software compatibility and installations.


  1. Oversees/performs Project Management on all applicable application projects as they relate to IS Coordinates with user project management to ensure total project support.


  1. Manages and maintains information structure within and between all facilities.


  1. Designs and maintains custom software.


  1. Performs other duties as assigned.



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education/experience in the software/computer science field.





Minimum of two years experience in the software/computer science field. Strong knowledge of JD Edwards OneWorld Releases XE through 9.2, certification preferred.



Skills in identifying and monitoring potential operational malfunctions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other technical staff, vendors and users. Ability to respond quickly and effectively to uncertainty and constant changes in technology. Ability to understand how to effectively manipulate computer hardware, software and network operations and capabilities.



Knowledge of computer software operations and capabilities to include Microsoft server/workstation network environment; Microsoft Office 2016; Microsoft Access 2016 and VBA programming.
