Project Manager will be responsible for planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects.  Project manager will ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget; that the project's objectives are met and that resources are meeting their work performance criteria.  Project manager oversees the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and all Stakeholders are satisfied. 


  1. Primary focus on commercialization of large product redesigns and large equipment/facilities projects.
  2. Assist in developing/refining Corporate Project Management process.
  3. Manage projects from Initiation through Closure.
  4. Manage activities around developing Scope, Schedule and Cost baselines.
  5. Manage communications with Stakeholders.
  6. Report and escalate to upper management as needed.
  7. Track project progress and ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  8. Work with Functional Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation.
  9. Create and maintain all Project Framework documentation.
  10. Perform risk management and manage changes in Scope, Schedule and Cost accordingly.
  11. Perform lessons-learned for all projects and apply to Project Management process improvement.



BS in Engineering required.

Advanced degree preferred.



Five plus years Engineering/Manufacturing experience required.

Five plus years leading projects preferred.

Preferred experience within the Building Material industry is a plus.

PMP Certification is a plus.



Strong organizational skills required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Project required.

CAD design and modeling skills a plus.


Other:  Position requires moderate travel (Less than 25%).
