This position leads process and equipment improvements for the entire facility as well as providing facility improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Five to eight years working in the engineering/maintenance function; three of which should have been in a supervisory/leadership role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project) and AutoCAD. Good process and project management skills.
