  • Overview

    Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Marketing Digital Analyst will be responsible for guiding and enabling digital growth throughout the Ply Gem organization. This role will analyze data and provide recommendations to increase leads throughout our digital footprint by optimizing the websites, emails, paid ads and social media. The right candidate for this position will monitor overall performance and provide business teams with monthly updates.

    Responsibilities

    • Continuously optimize content to increase conversion and lead generation
    • Increase traffic to the site
    • Provide keyword research and suggestions to optimize content
    • Ability to spot and resolve issues in the digital environment
    • Create dashboards to effectively showcase data
    • Create and manage ROI charts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or Communications 
    • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience managing ROI charts
    • CRM experience in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
    • 3+ years of online experience with a focus on traffic enablement, site experiences and optimization.
    • Knows how to drive demand
    • A demonstrated team player who can effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously within aggressive timelines
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
    • Effective problem solving skills 
    • Familiar with Business Intelligence tools
    • Strong understanding of UX and UI and the ability to recommend changes to enhance user journeys
