Supports logistics team on key operations activities including analysis of inbound and outbound logistics, distribution expenses, financial planning and strategic logistics decisions, and monthly project reporting. In addition, this position supports strategic supply chain decisions for product production by providing product costing estimates and financial analysis. This position will assist in the development and management of reporting processes centered around logistic driven projects and initiatives.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Extensive use of excel and data manipulation desired
Ability to analyze data and identify trends & significant variations.
Solid business acumen with the ability to present information that is on target with the needs of business decision makers.
Ability to communicate effectively in written reports and verbally to peers, senior staff and in presentations.
Process & system oriented – driven to develop efficient and robust processes and procedures that minimize or eliminate non-value added activities and transactions.
Aware of the need for accurate data and diligent in ensuring details are accurate and complete.
Ability to work effectively in a cross functional organization or team.
Manage projects and deliver results on time and that meet the expectations of the internal or external customers.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision.
Computer savvy with an understanding of the capabilities of automated systems and processes.

Ability to view and understand logistics process (carrier through billing and recording processes)
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills of workflow and multi-user contract library
