  • Overview

    Due to recent acquisitions and continued business growth, we’re adding to our Finance team!


    Responsible for the administrative aspect of the credit function.  Gathers data, generates reports, prepares files and provides other clerical level duties for the credit department as needed.


    1. Gather information and coordinate credit application process.
    2. Assist with periodic reporting.
    3. Assist with the accuracy of the address book.
    4. Assist with Lien recording.
    5. Assist with reconciliation of accounts.
    6. Assist in the preparation of collection files.
    7. Coordinate the state sales tax records.
    8. Responding to trade reference inquiries.
    9. Performs other duties as assigned.



    High school graduate/GED required.  Some college level coursework in Business or Accounting preferred.



    Minimum of two years related work experience in a relevant Accounting role required.



    Accurate typing skill of 50 wpm, ability to operate ten key by touch, mathematical aptitude, proficiency with personal computers and effective communication skills required.  Some Lotus or Excel spreadsheet and word processing skills preferred.  Experience with J.D. Edwards system desirable.  Knowledge of general accounting and credit procedures required.
