The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers; assisting with order entry, product selection and issue resolution. This position the liaison between manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing and other functional areas as required to serve the needs of the customer.
Education: High school degree or GED required. Education at the college level is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience in a responsible position tasked with meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Knowledge: Should be tactful, courteous, and possess a thorough knowledge and extensive technical knowledge of all company products.
