  • Overview

    Provides daily customer service to both internal and external customers by handling all questions and issues with the CO-OP on-line tool in support of the Marketing Services and Brand Management team’s coordination of product samples, literature and premium items. Assists with training of personnel, customers and vendors on fulfillment process, expense processing and special marketing programs.  Assists with Event Management. Performs day to day activities to help achieve desired department goals.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provides daily customer service to both internal and external customers by handling all questions and issues with the co-op online tool in support of the Marketing Services and Brand Management team’s coordination of product samples, literature and premium items.
    2. Manage the allocation process, budget updates and new customer set up within the online tool system.
    3. Manage monthly, weekly and daily reporting procedures.
    4. Orders office supplies for department and manages inventory levels for marketing sample closet.
    5. Assists with event management which may include event budget management, site inspections and evaluation, coordination of hotel, travel and program management as well as communication with sales management to assist in achieving meeting expectations.
    6. Assists with training of employees, vendors and/or customers in areas of expense reimbursement processing, fulfillment, and special marketing programs or events.
    7. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

     

    Experience

    Two years of administrative, accounting, marketing or related experience, preferably working with expense/budget management required.

     

    Skills/Abilities

    Highly developed verbal and written communication skills required.  Ability to prepare spreadsheets, track and present data required. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint strongly preferred. Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills and possess a thorough knowledge of supporting sales team and advanced customer service skills. General knowledge of marketing and communications. Must be customer service focused.
