The Customer Service Representative provides optimum customer service which exceeds customer’s expectations. Maintenance and enhancement of existing business and obtaining new business; to service the customer in one contact. Take personal responsibility for every order to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met from time of initial order receipt until the product is delivered, invoiced and the customer is satisfied.

Works under the general supervision of the Product Engineering Manager. Primary functions are to create any needed 2D or 3D drawings in support for any department in the facility and to administer the documental control of our engineering change management process.

Provide leadership for a large, complex outbound distribution system through subordinate supervisors for the Rocky Mount facility. The department sections include: Delivery, Packaging, and Shipping. Work closely with Fabrication and other managers to complete shipments and meet company goals.

Perform all general functions of a Customer Account Specialist, to include but not limited to product order writing, data entry, pricing, initiating credit requests and pick up slips. Additionally, processes all incoming requests for product service; generate/update service records for each request, determine appropriate actions for customer satisfaction, communicate the status of pending services to Dealers and Homeowners, provide feedback to Outside Sales representatives on service issues, collaborate with other departments within the company regarding problematic trends.

Become an integral part of the team that develops and evaluates new or existing polymeric materials with an emphasis on polyurethane chemistry for Ply Gem’s Research and Development organization, Foundation Labs. This position will also work closely with development teams throughout the Ply Gem / NCI Building Products company business units and serve as the subject matter expertise for polyurethane chemistry technologies. This position is responsible for providing product development formulating leadership for composite and foam material science research and technology efforts. This role will work closely with the members of Foundation Labs to investigate new material science opportunities that can be applied to the Building Industry. Translate these opportunities into performance requirements, identify and evaluate potential solutions against these requirements, and ultimately implement the proposed solution. The role also acts as the voice of the Thermoplastic technical area into the various Business Units within Ply Gem to enable knowledge sharing throughout.

The Manufacturing Shift Supervisor performs frontline supervisory functions and is responsible for safety, discipline, associate relations, housekeeping and performance reviews of hourly associates as well as making recommendations to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. Supervises, directs, advises, and trains manufacturing team members including shift supervisors in accordance with established manufacturing policies and procedures to ensure production demands are met. Ensures all activities are focused on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. In addition, this position will actively encourage and support concepts of associate involvement, continuous improvement, 5S, and lean manufacturing concepts.

The Corporate Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of the manufacturing processes.
- Implements new processes and technologies to accommodate new product introductions, product enhancements, increase capacity, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and execute projects that reduce scrap, improve quality, increase output, improve efficiency and decrease downtime to improve profitability.
- Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates assigned engineering and vendor work; monitors work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and standards; ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and key stakeholders.
- Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned project resource personnel coordinate their activities with other project participants and key stakeholders to ensure that the project requirements are successfully satisfied.
- Ensures the technical accuracy of specific design and manufacturing details.
- Identifies manufacturing, product design, and equipment deficiencies. Works to get them addressed, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Aligns manufacturing processes to Demand Flow Technology (DFT) concepts and ideals.

The planner is under the general direction of the planning manager, and is responsible for generating daily production schedules and outputs for the assembly, glass and screen operations located in NTX facility.

The Human Resources Manager utilizes solid business acumen to assertively partner with the facility’s management team regarding HR, EHS and general management topics. He/she leads a staff responsible for providing and maintaining extraordinary levels of service to our Ply Gem associates.

Provides analysis of manufacturing costs to assist plant leadership in determining the root causes for deviation from forecasts and plans, and determines courses of action to address deviations; defines cost improvement opportunities; ensures generally accepted accounting practices and company policies are adhered to; calculates costs for materials, labor and manufacturing overhead by product line or as otherwise appropriate; maintains accounting controls for materials, work-in-progress and finished goods inventories; provides budgetary planning and determination of profit/loss including inventory valuation; and provides daily manufacturing data to plant management on operation conditions and efficiency.

Direct and coordinate the activities of Window Division’s outbound warehousing, and loading areas through delivery drivers, fleet dispatcher and shipping support representatives. Work with the Shipping Manager and other supervisors in order to complete shipments and meet company goals. Additionally, you will also be responsible for overseeing Service functions and processes. Preferably this candidate will live in Castle Rock, CO or Colorado Springs, CO. This candidate will be tasked with growing sales through a strong network of established accounts as well as adding new accounts.
